iPad Insurance
The LTP Student iPad Insurance window for the 2024-2025 school year opens August 1st and closes on September 15th. Parents who wish to join the insurance pool for this year will need to make at least a partial payment within this window.
This insurance fee will be added for every eligible student K-12 on August 1st. Please note that any student with an unpaid balance for iPad insurance from the previous year will not be eligible to join the pool this year until they pay off the previous year’s balance.
2024-2025 LTP Student iPad Insurance: $25
The iPad insurance fee will be reduced or waived for students eligible for a free or reduced price lunch under the federal poverty income guidelines and homeless students as defined by McKinney-Vento.

Celebration of Public Education Parade!
Saturday, 7 September, 10 a.m.
Students who would like to walk should turn in a permission slip to Stacey ASAP! If you’re not walking, bring your family and friends to enjoy the parade!
Interested in Homecoming (or Prom) at your neighborhood school?
In order to have guest permission signed to attend a school dance, you need to be “in good standing.” What does that mean?
- Doing your work so that you are not considered Chronically Absent
- Showing up to school daily so that you are not considered Chronically Absent
- Showing up to your required meetings: CommUNITY of Strength, Grade Level, and Test Prep (9th-11th grade)–and keeping up with the work
- No behavioral issues
Code of Conduct
Please be sure to read the SVVSD Code of Conduct for the 2024-2025 school year as soon as possible. Then, follow these directions to confirm the receipt and reading of the Code.
Group Meetings
Grade Level Meetings: Every grade level meets at 10 am
- 9th: Monday and Thursday
- 10th: Tuesday
- 11th: Wednesday
- 12th: Monday
CommUNITY of Strength: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9 am and 1 pm (choose one session)
Test Prep will be held Mondays and Thursdays, 9 am and 1 pm beginning at the end of September.
Reminder: You are required to attend your Grade Level meeting, CommUNITY of Strength, and Test Prep (grades 9-11 only).
Strings & Things
We have a new club! Strings & Things will meet Thursdays at 11:30. This includes yarn arts, sewing, embroidery, needlework, string instruments . . . all things string! Donations are welcome; see Becky.
Information Night
Do you know someone who would be interested in coming to SVVHS? Our next Information Night will be held Tuesday, 17 September at 5:30 pm. Applications are currently open at svvhs.svvsd.org.
Leadership St. Vrain
Leadership St. Vrain is a program designed to provide parents and other community members the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of our district’s mission, operations, and strategic priorities. The program is especially beneficial for those who want to obtain a foundation in district operations and governance and become more active participants in St. Vrain Valley Schools.
